Budding Tree Art Studio – Artists’ Workshop

Wednesday’s at EarthLinks are dedicated to letting our participants  explore their creativity by learning a variety of art skills.  A professional artist comes in each week to teach a new medium. Participants are given instruction and advice.  In addition, workshops are open in the afternoon for participants to continue working on previous weeks’ projects and develop new projects.  Workshops have included wreath making, colored pencil drawings, and many others.

The fist year of the Budding Tree Art came to a successful completion with a gallery showing at The Standing Sun Fine Art Gallery in early May.  Art on display included uniquely designed gourds, colored pencil drawings, and handmade paper cards.

Thank you to all who came to enjoy the artwork and those who volunteered your time.  Without your support this event would not have been possible.  We are very grateful.
